9th Congress of Listed Companies’ Lawyers

On February 13-14, 2018, the Congress of Listed Companies’ Lawyers was held in Jachranka. The subject matter of the congress concerned the issues that are of special interest to us, including criminal and fiscal liability in a public company, M&A process, information duties, organization and course of General Meeting of Shareholders, eVoting with the use of blockchain technology.
